OUR CLASSESS

Preschool  / Infant Sessions  

Our experienced coaches help little ones from the ages 3month up to 5yrs old. Developing coordination, strength, and confidence through engaging and age appropriate activities.

* Improve gross motor skills and hand eye coordination

*Enhance physical strength and flexibility

* stimulate cognitive development through playful activities

Recreational Sessions

Leap, roll and tumble into a gymnastics movement session led by experienced coaches. Fun weekly classes aim to build confidence and friendship whilst inspiring children to progress and develop through the unique awards.

All classes are range from age and ability.

These are preparation that are developing skills for possible selection into Acrobatics or Tumbling Competition squad. 

Boys and girls ages from 5yrs old.

Technical skills, muscular strength, explosive power relative to their own body weight, flexibility. 

Mini Acrobatics 

These are preparation that are developing skills for possible selection into Acrobatics or Tumbling Competition squad. 

Boys and girls ages from 5yrs old.

Technical skills, muscular strength, explosive power relative to their own body weight, flexibility. 

Acrobatics Squad

These are competitive squads, competing regionally, nationally and internationally.

Gymnasts work in Pairs or Groups, performing routines set to music, which demonstrate balance and dynamic skills. Training begins at 6 hours a week, moving upwards.

Tumbling Squad

This discipline is dynamic reaction, spatial awareness, co-ordination, power, strength and courage. The skills takes no more than a few seconds but requires years of hard work.

​

The gymnast gain speed and power by running along a 25 metre track and perform a series of skills. 

They compete regionally, nationally and internationally.
